Our Senior Product Managers are analytical and data-driven individuals, who’re responsible for building products end-to-end focusing on analyzing and experimenting until our solutions are perfectly tailored to our travelers.As our next Senior AI Product Manager, you will own the strategy and roadmap for traveler‑facing AI experiences at Agoda. You will partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Data, and Engineering to define, build, and scale the next generation of AI solutions that make travel planning more intuitive, personalized, and effortless for millions of customers worldwide. You will focus on identifying the highest‑value opportunities for applied machine learning and generative AI, rapidly validating them through experimentation, and turning successful ideas into robust, scalable products.You will get dedicated engineering and data science resources that you, and only you, define and allocate. We expect you to have a hands‑on mentality and spend considerable time with your SCRUM and data teams: shaping data and model requirements, refining user journeys, and applying innovative AI solutions that create measurable impact on traveler experience and business outcomes, while upholding Agoda’s standards for privacy and responsible use of AI. This is an Individual Contributor position with high visibility and direct exposure to senior leadership.In this role, you'll get to:Shape AI product vision and roadmap aligned with Agoda’s business goalsAnalyze the online travel ecosystem, the latest AI trends, markets, competitive landscape and user requirements.Conceptualize, launch and optimize AI-powered products and features, experiment, test their performance and iterate quickly.Work collaboratively with Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning engineering, Marketing, Legal and UX teams on cutting‑edge technologies.Develop innovative solutions to some of the world’s difficult problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.What you’ll need to succeed:Bachelor’s degree in technical field (i.e. Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline).Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision‑makingStrong data skillsUnderstanding of generative AI and machine learning conceptsExperience working with Data science and Machine Learning teamsComfort with experimentation & model metricsAwareness of Responsible AIExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English) with proven ability to convey complex messages clearly and with conviction to different stakeholdersExperience developing and launching productsExperience building or scaling products that rely on machine learning, data science, or generative AIExperience leading global product vision, go‑to‑market strategy and design discussions.Entrepreneurial and analytical skills; effective at breaking down complex problems and driving and managing changeHands‑on mentalityIt’s great if you have:MBA or Master’s degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science or StatisticsData tools – SQL, Python, R, or equivalentDiscover More About Working At AgodaAgoda Careers Opportunity EmployerAt Agoda, we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds and orientations.
