Il nostro cliente è un’importante società di ingegneria/EPC del settore Oil&Gas ed Energy. Per la sede di Milano ricerchiamo un/a: PROJECT ENGINEERING MANAGER La risorsa coordinerà le attività multidisciplinari di commessa (concept, basic, feed ed ingegneria di dettaglio), garantendo il rispetto delle specifiche di progetto e dei requisiti contrattuali. In particolare si occuperà di: Supervisionare le attività delle discipline coinvolte interfacciandosi con i Project Specialist Leader di disciplina e/o i responsabili di dipartimento, assicurando lo svolgimento delle attività nel rispetto dei requisiti contrattuali, tecnici e delle tempistiche concordate; Monitorare le attività delle singole discipline e assicurare il rispetto dei tempi e del budget; Monitorare e gestire eventuali modifiche e scostamenti al fine di ottimizzare le tempistiche e contenere i costi di commessa Collaborare con il dipartimento Proposal per quanto di sua competenza per l’acquisizione di nuovi progetti in ambito oil&gas e rinnovabili Desideriamo entrare in contatto con candidati che abbiano maturato un’esperienza di almeno 5 nella gestione di progetti multidisciplinari presso società di ingegneria operanti nel settore Oil&Gas, chimico, petrolchimico o power oppure presso aziende di progettazione e costruzione skid di processo e generazione di potenza. Completano il profilo una laurea in ingegneria , un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e spiccate capacità di analisi, pianificazione e gestione delle attività e di progetti complessi (risorse, tempi e budget).
E’ gradita un’esperienza pregressa nella gestione di progetti di ingegneria nel settore rinnovabili (es. wind) e nella gestione di progetti offshore. Disponibilità ad effettuare brevi trasferte.
