Your Role Will Encompass Organize and monitor projects’ deliverables around design localization processes Approve the final technical solution and design for technical sign off, to accommodate the most efficient project implementation/construction and ensure the most optimized and cost‑effective solutions Adapt to the unique needs and requirements of every new market/product/technology in order to provide technically appropriate, on time and cost effective outcomes Review contract technical annexes for both EPC and own projects Negotiate priorities and deadlines according to specific region’s resources and plan the work schedule of team members to comply with work volume and deadlines Implement any technical solutions and equipment that best serve project requirements and company’s business plan Coordinate team members’ capacity targets execution What You Bring To The Role Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or other related engineering fields Electrical licensing (Italian Charter Engineer) essential for technical sign off of designs Proven track record of 5+ years of PV, BESS, MV‑HV electrical installations Excellent use of Office 365 and AutoCAD Quality results oriented Strong decision‑making skills Excellent use of Italian and English Your Benefits Attractive remuneration package Friendly and professional working environment Continuous training Meal allowance Cooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivity At Metlen Energy & Metals we are proud to have Diversity and Inclusion at the centre of everything we do.
