We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented intern to join our Program Management team within the Private Individuals area specifically supporting the Mortgages Protection and Distribution Channels Tribe. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in program coordination, strategic planning and cross‑functional collaboration in a dynamic and customer‑focused environment. Key Responsibilities Support the Program Manager in the planning, execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives within the Tribe Assist in preparing project documentation, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders Help coordinate meetings, follow‑ups and communication across different teams and departments Contribute to the tracking of milestones, deliverables and KPIs Participate in workshops Conduct research and analysis to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
