From La Terrazza - one of the most spectacular restaurants in Italy - to our Pool Grill Restaurant and Cocktail Bar, culinary excellence is in our DNA.For the next season (spring/summer 2026), we are looking for a Commis de Rang to join our La Terrazza Restaurant team.The ideal candidate is open to new challenges and ready to constantly develop yourself further. He / she is willing to support the team to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, curiosity and community.Main duties & responsibilities:Fulfil the operations of the Food & Beverage on La Terrazza Restaurant - according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures;Take care of the mise en place;Support the Chef de Rang with service;Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service;Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests' needs.RequirementsEffective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally);Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them. Manage own emotions in challenging situations;Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions. Try and adopt new ways of doing things;Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player & Share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback.Other requirements:Fluent in Italian and basic level of English;Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred;Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships;Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;BenefitsWe offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
