responsibilities:
/b /p ul liAssist in the preparation of dishes according to recipes and suggestion by the Chef; /li liEnsure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality; /li liMonitor and maintain the kitchen clean and organized; /li liCollaborate with the staff of the kitchen to ensure smooth operations; /li liEnsure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet our quality standard.br/ /li /ul ul liThorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipment and raw materials processing techniques; /li liAt least 2 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment; Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred; Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability; /li liCollaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player; /li liDrive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues; /li liGlobal perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background; /li liHACCP certification.br/ /li /ul ul liWe offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.
