As the Assistant concession Manager for this luxury brand, reporting to the store manager, you will be an Ambassador of the brand, motivating the team to maximise profitable sales whilst ensuring all KPIs and guidelines are delivered. To run and operate an efficient store which represents the brand image and delivers world class customer service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTeam Leadership & OperationsEmbody the Brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of the brand DNALead by example in demonstrating role model behaviour that is representative of the brandLead the team through morning briefings, objective setting, training and direct coaching together with the Boutique ManagerCreate a team spirit whilst managing, motivating and driving the team to increase sales and ensure efficiencyEnsure all Company policies and procedures are adhered toInstruct and supervise staff in the correct execution of operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, product returnsOversee store operations including daily reconciliation reports, bank statements and sales reports to UK Finance Team and Head OfficeEnsure cash banking is carried out accurately on a weekly basisEvaluate the performance of each Sales Consultant and provide constant feedback to ensure resultsResponsible for the day to day needs of the business and administration.Sales & Business MonitoringTracking, monitoring and communicating sales targets and KPIsEnsure stock loss is minimised by conducting weekly rotative inventories, participating in bi-annual stock takes and maintaining stockroom standardsContinue to develop personal sales techniques and assist in the development of associates’ sales techniques to maximise salesDemonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise, and develop product knowledge among selling staffKeep up to date with the fashion industry and market trends.General Store VM/Client ManagementAssist in the implementation and maintenance of all visual guidelinesMaintain store standards that reflect the brand image at all timesEnhance customer service standards in store to ensure world class service is delivered at all timesBuild relationships with clients to develop loyal clientele in order to reach sales objectivesProactively tackle and resolve all customer problems and complaints quickly and effectivelyMotivate and develop Sales Associates in clientelling and customer service.PROFILE & EXPERIENCEExperience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment and managing peopleLeather Goods / Accessories relevant experiencePassion for fashion and salesA commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client’s needs and experienceExcellent personal presentation.Understanding of Retail KPIsAbility to effectively and successfully lead and manage a teamStrong and demonstrable commercial acumenA passion for customer service and sales floor focusedExcellent at working and delivering against deadlines and the ability to work under pressureAbility to prioritise for self and the team and be able to multi taskAbility to establish a proactive approach in tackling issues and seek to identify and implement solutionsProactive and positive in approachAble to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers and at all levels of the organisation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
