Plant Finance Analyst

Talent Advisor | 360 Recruitment Specialist This role in summary As a Finance Analyst at Melano manufacturing site, you will support the Finance manager of the plant in all controlling activities. You will be involved in cost optimization and cost deployment analyses, support planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities, be in charge for specific accounting and compliance tasks and other day-to-day activities within both manufacturing and central finance environments. Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Finance and Accounting/Auditing Industries: Household Appliance Manufacturing Responsibilities and Qualifications Manage with accuracy the assigned activities for month end closure process of Melano cooking plant, delivering them on time (checks, data analysis, accruals management…) Ensure the timely and pro-actively preparation of assigned reports (weekly reporting, specific monthly recurring analysis) Support the Financial Manager in planning processes (i.e. budget, forecast) Support WCM Cost Deployment Pillar analysis and reporting activities Calculate, monitor and report specific categories of expenses during the month Timely collect all the necessary data from the other functions inside the plant, and give them support with regards to financial data they require day by day Exchange all the necessary information between controllers, central finance team and our Shared Service Center in Poland timely and effectively Ensure a good team-working approach, flexibility and proactivity in dealing with different functions and professional cultures, pay attention to data reliability Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or related field At least 1/2 years of experience in accounting/controlling/auditing areas Mastering Microsoft Suite tools, especially Microsoft Excel, but also PowerPoint/Word Preferred previous SAP exposure Good communication, time management, proactivity, and teamwork skills Fluent Italian and English Previous experience as manufacturing control analyst would be a plus What we offer An international working environment in a dynamic company Opportunities to learn, develop and contribute to our Manufacturing Site continuous improvement Discounts on Beko / Whirlpool appliances We are an equal opportunity employer.
