Role Overview As a Vessel Operations Engineer in the VECOP department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards, supporting documentation processes, vessel crew management, and data integrity within information systems. How can you support us? Ensure compliance with QA/QC & HSE requirements. Assist in preparing and monitoring department documentation, procedures, and reports. Review documentation for errors or omissions and suggest improvements. Verify procedures for correctness and efficiency. Assist in collecting vessel documentation and standardizing processes. Maintain and update the department archive portal. Support crew assignment to meet quality and safety standards. Participate in crew recruitment and planning, ensuring effective vessel staffing. Support data uploading and perform audits to ensure data integrity. Assist with information system implementation activities. What are we looking for? Educational background in engineering or similar fields. Experience: 0-3 years. Language: Intermediate English proficiency. Preferred Skills: Data analysis.
