At every stage of innovation, we work alongside our Clients, integrating their consulting or technology expertise strategically to make innovation possible.Who are we looking forWe are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with a strong technical focus, capable of making a concrete contribution to the design and development of advanced solutions based on Large Language Models and multi-agent architectures.Responsibilities/Sprecific functionsThe role will work on projects with a high level of technological complexity, handling the definition of architectures, the implementation of solutions, and providing technical support to development teams, while contributing to the dissemination of best practices and the growth of internal skills.Key RequirementsSenior level (approximately 5+ years of overall experience in software / AI)Technical RequirementsHands-on, demonstrable experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent systems, including:agents with plannerstool usememory managementagent orchestration and complex workflowsAdvanced use of LLMs (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models) in production environments, not demos or PoCsSolid experience with RAG in production, including:chunking strategiesretrieval and rankingperformance evaluationUse of frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex (or equivalents)Strong Software Engineering skills in Python, in particular:code management with Gittestinglogging and observabilityAbility to mentor, train, and guide development teams on architectural and implementation choicesExcellent command of the English languageStrong inclination toward knowledge sharingExcellent communication skills, with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersHigh level of autonomy and sense of responsibilityStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFocus on quality and robustness of solutionsTeam-oriented mindset / ability to work effectively in a teamHybrid working mode (both remote and in-office)Health insuranceMeal vouchers for office workdaysDynamic work environment, innovative projects, and people-focused cultureDate20 January 2026Type of employmentCompetitive and commensurate with the level of experience.Hybrid work mode.
