The role of Project Manager is to plan execute and finalize projects according to strict quality standards deadlines and within budget while maintaining high levels of safety and customer satisfaction. This includes managing resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and subcontractors in order to deliver projects according to plan and budget. The Project Manager will also define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle in coordination with the Design Team. This is a permanent position based in Italy in Monza (MB) and it foresee travelling 50-70% of the time mainly to Italy occasionally also abroad.ResponsibilitiesDevelop project plans and scheduleEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as Tetra Pak policies procedures and guidelinesContinuously communicate with CustomersTimely set and continually manage project expectations with team members and CustomersDraft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessaryIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical pathPlan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate toolsTrack project milestones and deliverablesDevelop and deliver progress reports proposals and requirements documentationAnalyze results and generate Lesson LearntProactively manage changes in project scope and potential crises and advise for recovery plansCoach mentor motivate and supervise project team members and subcontractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned workBuild develop and grow business relationships within the CompanyDevelop best practices and tools for projects execution and managementWe Believe You HaveDegree in Engineering or Food Science or other degrees with proven technical Project Management experienceAt least 5 years of experience working in project management in a company supplying Industrial Plants / MachinesExperience working in manufacturing machinery industry in installation / commissioning activitiesExperience in managing multidisciplinary teamFluent communication skills in Italian and English are a mustKnowledge of PMI standards and / or PMP certification is a plusConfident user skills of MS Project Planview and SAP are a plusBasic Occupational Health and Safety competences to secure complianceProven ability to develop effective relationships and gain credibility across all stakeholders and levelsLateral thinking flexible approach and resilienceAbility to prioritise workload depending on project phasesWillingness to learn and agile attitude to navigate through changesDriving licence and willingness to travel in Italy as well as abroadWe Offer YouA variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscapeA culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible resultsAn equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusionMarket competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangementsIf you are inspired to be part of our promise to protect whats good; for food people and the planet apply through our careers page at job posting expires on 10th November 2025.Diversity equity and inclusion is an everyday part of how we work.
