Responsibilities Join the AMS SAP Team and manage business processes related to the SAP PP module, focusing on maintenance, optimization, and customization of SAP platforms to ensure operational efficiency of systems and support for planning and production processes. Manage the SAP PP module within Application Maintenance & Support (AMS), ensuring continuity and efficiency of production and planning processes. Analyze and resolve application incidents and issues, collaborating with business users and technical teams. Implement enhancements and continuous improvements to align processes with operational needs and system updates. Oversee integrations with related SAP modules (MM, QM, SD, FI) and coordinate cross‑functional and technical activities. Provide end‑user support through training sessions, functional documentation, and knowledge‑transfer workshops. Contribute to system performance monitoring and identify continuous improvement opportunities to ensure service stability and quality. Your Skills And Qualities Have 2–4 years of experience in a company or consulting firm providing SAP support, focusing on the SAP PP module. Have a solid understanding of the SAP PP module and its integrations, preferably in an SAP S / 4HANA environment. Have strong troubleshooting skills, capable of quickly identifying and resolving technical and functional issues within the PP module. Have a good command of English, ideally supported by study or work experience abroad.
