Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer care to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a high level of service. Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently to enhance satisfaction. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Stay informed about products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance and recommendations. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Requirements Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.> Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a dedication to customer satisfaction. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
