If you think innovatively, are a team player, and have a passion for sustainability, then apply now.Full time – UnlimitedYour contribution to the energy transitionAs our O&M Site Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for managing all maintenance and operations activities of the 42 MWp Sardinia PV plant, including part of the MV substation.Manage all site activities in line with contractual requirements, company policies, procedures, legal framework and best industry practiceBe responsible for the implementation of JUWI’s HSE policies and proceduresManage O&M site team (subcontracted)Liaise with Owner’s representative and Owner’s Engineer on site and during their site visitsLiaise with local authorities and stakeholders as neededManage preventive and corrective maintenance, regarding time, cost and qualityManage spare parts inventory and procurement of supplies, tools, and parts locallyInvestigate and analyse technical, HSE, or other incidents on site and implement preventive measuresPerform regular inspections in the PV plant and the MV substationDraft all reports (regular and ad‑hoc) as per contractual and internal requirementsPerform stand‑by during weekends and public holidays (based on a roster)Contribute to maintenance activities in other nearby PV plants, if neededYour energy is requiredElectrical or Mechanical Engineering degree / bachelor / diploma of technical instituteAt least 5 years’ experience in the construction and/or maintenance of PV plants or other power plantsWorking experience of MV/LV substations, including transformers, switchgear, relays, etc.Experience in the construction, commissioning or O&M of utility‑scale PV plants (plus)Experience working with central PV inverters (plus)Good knowledge of HSE procedures and regulationsVery good IT skills, especially MS ExcelAbility to remain in control and perform effectively under pressureAbility to work under limited supervisionExcellent communication skillsExcellent team‑leading and people‑management skillsGood administrative and reporting skillsGood knowledge of English (spoken and written)Physically fit and able to work in extreme weather conditionsWilling to work during weekends and public holidays, if neededValid driver’s licenseApplicant must be a resident of Loreo or willing to relocate thereYou have more to offer?
