Job Description As part of the Global Mobility team, you will provide operational and administrative support to employees involved in domestic and international assignments, transfers, and relocations. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth mobility experience for assignees and effective coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners. Your Responsibilities Will Include Acting as a primary point of contact for mobile employees, supporting them throughout their assignment lifecycle Providing day-to-day operational support related to global mobility processes, policies, and procedures Liaising with clients, internal teams, and global mobility service providers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery Managing and responding to employee inquiries related to assignments, relocations, and mobility-related matters Supporting the coordination of mobility activities, including tracking cases and maintaining accurate documentation Serving as an escalation point for operational issues related to global mobility and supporting their resolution Assisting the team in delivering tax-related support and consulting services for mobile employees Contributing to the continuous improvement of mobility processes and internal coordination Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Good written and spoken English skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment Additional Information This opportunity is exclusively for a Curricular Internship through your university Start date February/March - 6 months duration Location: Rome or Milan The role is Hybrid, requiring 1 day per week in the office Vialto Partners is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on any legally protected status.
