Descrizione del lavoroLo Stage si svolgerà all''interno della struttura alberghiera seguendo un persorso articolato e vario che porterà a conoscere gli aspetti legati al reparto Fodd & BeverageSi verrà a conoscenza di tutte le attività che svolge il reparto ( breakfast,lunch,dinner, rooms service,banqueting) e di tutti gli standards di sevrizio e del BrandVerrà apporfondito l''aspetto organizzativo ed operativo del reparto, nonchè della modalitàdi prenotazione del ristorante.Si apprenderanno le basi del servizio di accoglienza e soddisfazione del cliente
