Today, Exelab is looking for a Project Leader, the figure who more than any other in the company must be able to capture the true essence of the customer's needs and turn it into a high-impact project. The specific responsibilities of the Project Leader include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time according to the executive plan, managing the related budgets. As a Project Leader, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, and your task will be to coordinate processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and achieve the desired results. Design and analysis skills are essential for the role, accompanied by organizational skills and relational capabilities. Responsibilities Identifying customer needs and constructing a project proposal, interfacing with the managers of the involved areas as necessary, and verifying its feasibility also from a technical standpoint; Drafting project documents and requirements, involving analysts and the managers of the involved areas; Planning the scheduled activities with sizing, resource allocation, and timings, in coordination with the program manager and the managers of the involved areas; Monitoring the progressof activities and supervising their correct execution, also through direct management of activities within project management tools; Evaluating the performance of execution in relation to the budget; Building and maintaining the relationship with the client and all involved stakeholders, updates, reports, and progress status, collecting feedback and reports; Identifying new opportunities related to the client's needs within the same project or potential different projects. Skills 3-5 years of experience in the role of project manager for complex projects in the digital field; Preferable studies in computer science or engineering; Solid technical background, with understanding or practical experience in software development and web technologies; Excellent internal communication skills and client contact; Organization and attention to detail without losing sight of project objectives; Negotiation and crisis management skills both within the team and in the relationship with the client; Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, even of different nature and in different stages of progress, each with its own goals and budget; Determination in achieving project goals maximizing operational results, return on investment for Exelab and the client, and customer satisfaction; Experience in using project management tools (e.G., Jira, Asana, etc.); Good knowledge ofthe English language, written and spoken; Professional standing that puts the candidate in a position to converse both with operational / technical staff and managers and C-level.
