Come and build with us.Your main goal will be to own the end‑to‑end accounts receivable lifecycle and help build a scalable, automation‑first finance operations foundation.Accounts Receivable Operations Manage the full AR process, including invoicing, accuracy checks, posting, and collections.Oversee the customer billing lifecycle across CRM, billing systems, and accounting tools.Implement efficient dunning workflows to reduce DSO while ensuring a positive customer experience.Cross‑Functional Billing & Revenue Support Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing.Resolve billing discrepancies and support revenue recognition documentation.Support month‑end close activities through reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting.Compliance & Intercompany Support Ensure VAT/GST compliance for invoices across multiple jurisdictions.Maintain documentation for VAT filings and collaborate with tax advisors on compliance needs.Support intercompany reconciliations and documentation.Finance Operations & Automation Support the rollout of modern finance and billing tools to enhance scalability.Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline AR workflows.Experiment with AI‑driven tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reporting.Maintain clear documentation for all AR and finance processes.Requirements Must‑haves AR & Billing Experience: 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations with hands‑on AR exposure.Invoicing & Reconciliation Skills: Comfortable managing invoices, reconciliations, and revenue‑adjacent workflows.Accounting Foundations: Understand core accounting principles and eager to learn more advanced topics.SaaS Billing Knowledge: Worked with subscription billing models like usage‑based or tiered billing.️ Finance Tools Experience: Used systems like DATEV, NetSuite, Stripe, Chargebee, Paddle, or AR automation tools.Analytical & Detail‑Oriented: Comfortable working with numbers and solving problems proactively.Automation Interest: Enjoy experimenting with tools and AI to improve workflows.️ Communication Skills: Collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly.English Fluency: Confident in written and spoken English.Organized & Proactive: Manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast‑paced environment.Nice‑to‑haves Relevant Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant commercial training.SaaS or Tech Experience: Experience in a high‑growth SaaS or tech scale‑up environment.Revenue Recognition Exposure: Basic familiarity with revenue documentation or concepts.VAT/GST Knowledge: Understand indirect tax concepts for customer invoicing.Automation & Scripting Skills: Used n8n, Zapier, Python, or similar tools to automate workflows.Async Work Experience: Comfortable working in distributed or async‑first teams.German Language Skills: Support documentation or collaborate with German advisors.Why join us?
