We are moving the brand beyond curating and selling products to conceptualizing and selling spaces by building an ecosystem of products, places, services and spaces that elevates and establishes the RH brand as a global thought leader, taste and place maker.RH is seeking a Gallery Curator with a passion for design and home furnishings who will lead a cross-functional team focused on strategy and execution. The Curator role is ideal for those with a sense of personal style, polished appearance, refined taste and a discerning eye for luxury. An RH Curator must understand the importance of attracting and retaining talent who also uphold the same personal and professional standards.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop visual merchandising plans with Gallery Leadership and centralized RH Visual teams to build on strategies and grow the businessWork with internal partners to establish strategies that drive sales and ensure execution according to RH standardsTrain Gallery teams on merchandise set, signage and graphics updates, Gallery maintenance, recovery and cleanlinessLearn and communicate the RH design point of view and product assortmentContinuously drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountabilityOur Requirements5+ years leadership and visual experience within luxury retailProven experience embracing change and delivering top results with a positive attitude no matter what the obstacleAbility to recognize and respond appropriately to complex prioritiesAbility to communicate effectively, both in writing and verballyCurious self-educator who seeks information and asks questionsStrong leadership skills and strategic mentality with experience motivating and leading teams based on business analysisExperience creating positive and healthy work environments in which people want to do their bestCommitment to quality, detail-focused on all levelsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 15 kgs while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniquesAbility to maneuver effectively around gallery floor, stock room and officePosition entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbingAbout UsRH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.At RH, we are committed to promoting pay equity.
