Job descriptionNam Spa è alla ricerca di un PROJECT MANAGER per la gestione e ottimizzazione dei processi logistici e di produzione industriale. Questo ruolo richiede una forte capacità di analisi e pianificazione per garantire l'efficienza operativa e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.Responsabilità principaliCoordinare e supervisionare le attività di logistica e produzione per garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche e degli standard di qualità.Sviluppare e implementare strategie per migliorare l'efficienza dei processi produttivi.Collaborare con i team interni per identificare e risolvere eventuali problemi operativi.Monitorare le performance dei fornitori e gestire le relazioni con i partner esterni.Analizzare i dati di produzione per ottimizzare l'uso delle risorse e ridurre i costi.RequisitiLaurea in ingegneria gestionale, economia o campo correlato.Esperienza comprovata nella gestione della logistica e della produzione industriale.Conoscenza delle tecniche di gestione della supply chain e dei sistemi ERP.Capacità di analisi e problem‑solving avanzate.Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e leadership per guidare team multidisciplinari.Competenza nell'uso di strumenti informatici e software di gestione aziendale.Capacità di lavorare in ambienti dinamici e sotto pressione.Cosa offriamoOpportunità di crescita professionale in un ambiente stimolante.Possibilità di lavorare in un team dinamico e collaborativo.Formazione continua e sviluppo delle competenze.Retribuzione commisurata all'esperienzaLuogo di lavoroCagliari, Italia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
