Position Overview We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Specialist Jr to join a dynamic, remote team that values talent, encourages personal and professional growth, and works at the forefront of digital transformation. Responsibilities Support development activities on the ServiceNow platform. Configure modules, workflows and components according to project specifications. Collaborate with the project team for requirements analysis and technical solution definition. Perform testing, debugging and evolutionary maintenance activities. Contribute to the technical documentation of implemented solutions. Qualifications Basic scripting experience (JavaScript). ServiceNow configuration knowledge. Familiarity with core platform modules (Incident, Request, CMDB, etc.). Good command of written and spoken English. Team‑work attitude, problem‑solving skills and results orientation. ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification. Experience customizing workflows or developing integrations. Benefits Immediate insertion into a young and dynamic Talent HUB.
