Move with us for a better worldYour RoleWe are seeking an energetic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structured organization, you will truly be an experienced generalist covering all facets of HR, Workforce planning, Training, Development, Personnel Cost Management, Talent Acquisition and HR Administration. In this role, you will report directly to the HR Director and will be crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and will work closely with our HQ leadership teams in deploying Company People Strategy. Your role will ensure the management of various aspects of the employee lifecycle within strategic business areas at the group level.Your ImpactPartner with functional leaders of designated areas to analyze business needs and develop HR strategies aimed at addressing the needs and requirement of the departments and ability to align them with company objectives.Facilitate employee lifecycle within assigned areas, from personnel selection to continuous development and management of internal job rotations.Manage working relationships within teams and resolve disputes to maintain a positive work environment.Lead the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives tailored to specific areas of responsibility.Collaborate with leaders to ensure that employees reach their full potential, thereby enhancing efficiency and productivity.Develop and retain talent through training, coaching, career development, and succession planning.Utilize HR-specific data analysis for designated areas to identify trends, provide detailed reports, and support data-driven decision-making processes.Collaborate with the international HR team to ensure consistent management of organizational design, compensation and benefits, personnel costs, ensuring alignment with market practices.Partner with local leadership and the global HQ HR team to design and deliver high-value people plans.Ensure policies and procedures are always maintained and well-executed, acting as a trusted advisor in all HR related matters.Collaborate closely with Technogym teams to support their unique organizational and talent needs, driving innovation through tailored people strategies.Act as a true Technogym brand ambassador and trusted advisor, providing best-in-class HR business partner support to local leadership.About YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down‑to‑earth and ethical. You possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues.What you should bringMaster’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years’ experience in a business partnering role.Previous experience in industries with complex organizational structures, such as technology, manufacturing, or healthcare, is preferred.In‑depth understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, experience with HR analytics tools / software is a plus.Ability to analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision‑making.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian.Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Technogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
