We continue to implement and develop our integrated building information modelling service (BIM) delivery in order to better serve our clients while continuing to drive improvements in our design quality and remain at the cutting edge of the market.Collaborate in innovation in low-carbon building services and contribute to projects that directly address climate change challenges. This role offers significant long-term career development opportunities within a supportive and collaborative environment.As An MEP BIM Coordinator At Arup, You Will
- Produce MEP 3D models using Revit and other BIM software, as well as detailed MEP G.A. drawings, plans and sections.
- Set up and maintain discipline BIM models including levels / grids / co-ordinates / views /sheets etc.
- Work alongside MEP Engineers and complete mark-ups.
- Coordinate the design work with in-house staff as well as other design professionals.
- Investigate and develop more efficient ways of working through use of existing tolls and automation.
- Support virtual design reviews (drive models / take notes / drive implementation of actions specific to disciplines).
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification in the MEP environment.
- Experience in Revit MEP.
- Experience in creating REVIT Families.
- Knowledge of Solibri.
- Autodesk Certified Qualification in Revit.
- Certification in Building Information Modelling.
- Knowledge and experience using Navisworks, clash detections and construction sequencing.
