Today, to support our growth, we're looking for a motivated Business Controller assistant, to join our finance team and mission. Job description: You're a passionate number cruncher and you share our values. Precision is your way of living and you are curious to learn financial principles. You will work with colleagues across European teams and partner local colleagues in sales, marketing and supply chain. You will support those teams to improve the use of data, internal controls, to participate in decisions and so to contribute to innocent's success, across Benelux and Mediterranean countries. Your role: Integrated in the BLINI (Belgium, Luxemburg, Italy, Netherlands, Iberia) finance team, your tasks will be based around multiples focuses: Managing the trade agreements of the different countries in our ERP; Monitoring the accuracy of financial data in our tools together with the team; Following theweekly turnover, analysing gaps and identifying risks and opportunities vs. budget; Participatingin month-end activities; Tracking the marketing and overheads budgets in conjunction with local teams; Supporting inthe improvement of tools and processes; Who we are looking for: You have a basic knowledge of finance controlling, whether from studies or first professional experience; You love numbers and Excel has no secret for you; Organized andrigorous, you know how to respect your deadlines and commitments; You are autonomous, with an entrepreneurial and self-starter spirit; Enthusiast and dynamic, you appreciate working in team and know how to communicate your ideas; You speak Italian and English fluently; Complementary information: 6-month, full time internship (not an apprenticeship) starting in February 2026.
