Each year close to 100 million people have a better day because of our medicines.In Medical Affairs Department we share a “challenge accepted” mindset and are guided by our winning behaviours of simplification, collaboration, and accountability to achieve our goals.Your role As a Medical Science Liaison, your responsibilities will include:Provide valuable scientific information to specialists and decision makers, building trusted, long term partnerships.Translate local business needs into innovative scientific activities aligned with LEO Pharma’s strategy and Medical Plan.Deliver scientific communication during one‑on‑one and group meetings with specialists and key decision makers.Identify and develop new Opinion Leaders (OLs), Rising Stars with content of high scientific value.Support local sponsored clinical trials (NIS) and local investigator‑initiated studies (IIS).Support corporate clinical studies, ensure feasibility and monitoring, and contribute to the Medical Plan’s execution.Organise local scientific events, review scientific literature, and provide scientific training and updates to the Field Sales Force.Territory:West territories of Lombardia region, Piemonte, Liguria.Your Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:Degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, or Medicine).Minimum 2 years of experience in an MSL or Medical Affairs role within the pharmaceutical industry.Strong command of English, both written and spoken.LEO Pharma is built on collaboration, innovation, and curiosity. You will be an actor in all activities in the cross‑functional team bringing the necessary scientific knowledge.
