We were meant to fly.Job DescriptionThe Supplier Fulfillment Leader is responsible for activities related to Supplier’s promise integrity (purchase, orders, fulfillment). From a delivery point of view the role handles Supplier risk mitigation, supports the Supplier Assessment team in improvement plan execution, guarantees on‑time delivery for critical parts impacting plant performance, monitors KPI and implements improvement action plans, reduces delinquency levels and inventory, and collaborates with MRP planners. The role requires visits to Supplier facilities to verify on‑site status of work in progress and implementation of corrective actions.Reporting to the Procurement team in the Sourcing Organization, the candidate will be co‑located in the relevant Commodity. Escalations are directed to the Procurement leader. The role collaborates with Supplier Quality Engineer, Engineering team, Plants, Finance and Commodity to enable resolution of issues.Responsibilities for parts in the NPI (New Product Introduction) process are managed after the FAI is approved.Essential ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely deliveries on contract requirements for critical parts only – short term view including equation requestsKnowledge of planning and MRP systemResolve delivery issuesRecovery plans creation and managementEnable communication with Quality, Engineering, Plants, Finance and Commodity to resolve delivery issuesStrategize to expedite deliveriesKPI communication, analysis, reconciliation with supplier and improvement recovery actionsOn‑site visit suppliers when necessaryEnd‑User flow/data managementOrder book reviewPayment issue resolutionInput material control and inventory management supportQualifications / RequirementsScientific Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.Knowledge of the sourcing field and significant experience in Procurement/ Fulfillment role.Previous experience in materials planning with foreign suppliers.SAP knowledge.Fluent in Italian and English.Strong oral and written communication skills.Attitude to work in a cross‑functional teamwork environment.Flexible working hours.Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.Work Visa in accordance with local regulation is required.Desired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills.Attitude to work in a cross‑functional teamwork environment.Strong interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.Demonstrated ability to lead projects.Ability to document, plan, and execute programs.Established project management skills.SAP MM Module certificate is preferred.What We OfferSmart working and work life‑balanceAvio Aero promotes remote work when possible and encourages a healthy work‑life balance.
