RAL: €55K - €70K The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Strategist to lead high-impact consulting engagements. You will be the bridge between Business and IT, helping enterprise clients navigate the complexity of becoming data-driven. Your primary focus will be designing Data Strategies , implementing Data Governance frameworks, and guiding the adoption of Data Products organization using our methodology and platforms (like Witboost). You will act as a trusted advisor for C-level executives and Data Leaders, translating business goals into actionable data roadmaps. Responsibilities Lead Data Strategy assessments and define Target Operating Models for large enterprises; Design and implement Data Governance frameworks (roles, policies, processes) tailored to Data Products organizations; Guide clients through the organizational change management required to adopt a Data Product mindset; Define KPIs and metrics to measure the ROI of data initiatives; Collaborate with Data Architects and Engineers to ensure the strategy is technically feasible and aligned with Agile Lab’s best practices; Mentor junior/mid strategists and contribute to the growth of the Consulting Data Strategy practice; Facilitate high-level workshops with stakeholders to identify high-value use cases.
