To learn more about our dynamic, stable and growing company, visit The Warehouse Shipping Coordinator performs warehouse shipping duties as needed to support plant operations by setting up and monitoring all outbound orders, ensuring all paperwork and recorded data is accurate, and ensuring all finished product is correctly following strict FIFO procedures. Directly reports to the Warehouse Manager for proper direction, interpretation, and evaluation of work responsibilities. Maintains and guarantees Balchem Corporation’s quality and safety standards.Maintain records of all outgoing shipments from the warehouses; prepare shipping documents such as FG Reservations, bills of lading, packing lists, etc. to route products.Maintain the automated inventory management system (D365) to ensure that actual physical inventory matches all staged/stored finished productArrange all shipments entering and leaving the plant facility, Export, Domestic, Rail, LTL, MRO & Maintenance Supplies. Etc.Maintain Shipment Calendar and report out dailyPerform all UPS shipments; record shipment data such as, weight, charges, damages and discrepancies for reporting, accounting, and record-keeping purposesConfer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems i.e. damage and non-conformance to specificationsMaintain physical record documentation of all inbound and outbound shipments.Assist with inventory control (ex: expired ingredients and research and development inventory), monitoring product
