Per azienda nostra cliente, leader nella produzione di materiali termoplastici con applicazione nel settore della Geotecnica e dell’Ingegneria Civile, siamo alla ricerca di unSales and Product ManagerIl candidato ideale, riportando direttamente al Direttore Commerciale, opererà su un doppio binario strategico, con funzioni sia tecniche che commerciali.Responsabilità principaliSvolgere in modo sistematico attività di promozione tecnica e informazione presso studi di progettazione e società di ingegneria, in linea con le priorità strategiche della Direzione Commerciale.Lavorare in stretta sinergia con la Direzione Tecnica, seguendone le linee guida per la promozione dei prodottiCostruire e mantenere relazioni tecniche di alto livello e di lungo periodo con progettisti, ingegneri strutturisti e geotecniciFornire supporto specialistico ai progettisti nell'analisi e scelta delle soluzioni più idonee, assistendoli nella fase di specifica.Collaborare con l'Ufficio Tecnico interno per ottenere supporto e documentazione necessari a rispondere alle richieste dei progettisti.Monitorare e tracciare in modo costante i progetti e le specifiche ottenute.Raccogliere feedback tecnici dal mercato e trasferirli in modo strutturato alla Direzione Tecnica e Commerciale.Requisiti FondamentaliLaurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Civile o Geotecnica (o titoli similari, es. Ingegneria Edile-Architettura con specializzazione strutturale).Solida conoscenza della progettazione civile, geotecnica e / o strutturale (es. consolidamento terreni, rinforzi strutturali, opere di sostegno, fondazioni).Buona conoscenza dell'inglese scritto e parlato.Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di relazione con interlocutori tecnici di alto livello.Capacità di spiegare concetti tecnici complessi in modo chiaro, autorevole e consulenziale.Spiccata autonomia operativa e capacità di pianificazione e reporting.Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale e internazionale.Sede: Monza e Brianza#J-18808-Ljbffr
