As a Customer Support Specialist you will be a point of reference for our customers, guiding them through the purchasing process of our products and providing them with the necessary support. A key part of your role is ensuring that customers are perfectly satisfied and aware of all our products. You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team and you will have the chance to work in a challenging atmosphere connecting with our Italian and international customers. Requirements Required skills and qualifications Mother tongue knowledge of Italian. Professional knowledge of Spanish and/or French is a mandatory requirement. Familiarity with digital tools and technologies such as CRM software. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Customer‑centric mentality and ability to collect customer feedback and needs. Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented approach, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets. Preferred skills and qualifications Proficiency in an additional language (German or English) is highly desirable and considered as a plus.
