In this role, you will streamline communication, maintain systems, and manage documents & information to support the success of our clinical research projects.Office-based in Milan areaYour responsibilities will include:Maintenance of databases, tracking systems, and management of large volumes of documentsActing as the primary communication point for investigative sites and internal departmentsCoordination of site-specific query resolution, project training, and system access for site teamsAssistance with meeting arrangements, including preparation of draft agendas and minutesHandling of incoming correspondence and calls efficientlyQualificationsCollege/University Degree in Life SciencesPrior administrative experience in Clinical Research / CRO environment is a plusFull working proficiency in Italian and EnglishProficiency in standard MS Office applicationsExcellent organisational, planning, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to multi‑task and work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environmentAdditional InformationWe offer:Excellent working conditionsExtensive training and friendly teamCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for personal and professional growthMake the right call and take your career to a whole new level.
