Kommen Sie zu einem Unternehmen, das sich jeden Tag neu erfindet Wir suchen Sie für unser Team in der Rechtsabteilung in München als Rechtsreferendar (m/w/d) in der Wahlstation oder als Praktikant (m/w/d). Responsibilities Sie erarbeiten mit einem hohen Maß an Selbstständigkeit praxisorientierte Lösungen zu vielfältigen unternehmensrelevanten Fragestellungen und Projekten in unseren verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen. Beispiele für Themenbereiche: E-Commerce (von innovativen Projekten für Kunden über Verbraucherschutz und Vertrieb bis hin zu produktspezifischen Anfragen); Digital Content (Buch, Video-on-Demand, Apps, Alexa); Devices (Entwicklung, regulatorische Anforderungen, Verpackung und Verkauf). Sie erarbeiten rechtliche Analysen zu produktspezifischen Herausforderungen und prüfen Meldungen über Rechtsverletzungen in Urheberrecht, gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Persönlichkeitsrechte. Sie arbeiten nicht im Back-Office, sondern im direkten Kontakt mit internen Businesspartnern, Kunden, externen Anwälten sowie dem Team der Rechtsabteilung und EU-Kollegen. Qualifications Sie sind Rechtsreferendar, Promotionsstudent oder studieren Rechtswissenschaften an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule und haben einen überdurchschnittlich guten Notendurchschnitt. Vertieftes Wissen im Allgemeinen Zivilrecht; zusätzliche Kenntnisse in Zivilprozess-, Wettbewerbs-, Urheber- oder/und Markenrecht sind von Vorteil. Sie arbeiten gerne in neue Rechtsgebiete hinein, sind präzise, eigenverantwortlich und zielorientiert. Teamplayer mit gutem Sinn für Humor, der effektiv mit anderen zusammenarbeitet und Beziehungen zu Anwälten und Geschäftskunden auf allen Ebenen der Organisation aufbauen kann. Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen, Offenheit für neue Technologien und gute Englischkenntnisse. Details Die Stelle ist für eine Dauer von 3 bis 6 Monaten zu besetzen und wird vergütet. Vollzeit möglich; bei Promotionsstudenten in Nebentätigkeit verlängert sich entsprechend die Gesamtdauer. Startdatum flexibel. Arbeitsort ist München.
