You will manage and support 5 people.How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:In accordance with the Quality Control Plan, execute the specific inspections on material, equipment, steel structure, construction/installation activities and HVAC on site, following relevant specified procedures, issuing the relevant Quality RecordsObtain and acquire knowledge of project documentation and specification requirements, standards and codes as required by the scope of the contractEnsure notification to client for inspection as per approved QCP requirementEnsure that in coming materials, Mechanical items receiving inspections. are carried outEnsure that all testing and measuring equipment are identified, calibrated and suitable for testing and that instructions for their use and setting are availableCheck daily, and prior to start the onsite work, that environmental conditions are adequate; otherwise promote measures to protect the workEnsure implementation of Inspection and Test Plans for structural steel, vessels, column, tanks, spheres, heat exchangers and air coolers, skid mounted packages, piping, pipe supports, pipe ways, pipelines etc., and perform, with a minimal external support from own Supervisor, all pertinent quality control and on site surveillancesWitness inspection and testing and ensure that they are performed as scheduled in order to meet project objectivesEnsure necessary report has been generated and approved by involved parties based on QCP and project specification requirementEvaluate inspection and testing results in accordance with requirements defined in the ContractMonitoring preservation for mechanical itemsProvide support for any identified potential non-conformances or any work defects occurring systematicallyEnsure that non-conformance reports have been closed out satisfactorily and that pertinent documentation have been completedOrderly collect and manage/check documents certifying test, controls and inspection documents, ensuring that all mechanical and testing related records are properly retrievable within the final As- Built dossierIn Case of subcontractor activities, ensure the correct implementation of the approved Quality Control Plans/ Inspection Test Plans, witnessing inspection and collecting relevant Quality Control recordsEducationBachelor's degree or high school diplomaExperience5 years as a similar role within oil and gasLanguagesItalian and EnglishTechnical SkillsWarehouse Procedures for material preservation, Steel structures erection, Construction sequences and planning, Mechanical operation activities, Coating Techniques, Equipment and materials, Painting Techniques, Equipment and materials, Quality Management System, Control of instrument calibration, Industry standards (ASTM, ASME, ACI, UPC, AWS, etc.) familiarity, Quality control activities, Quality inspection activities.IT SkillsDatabase Management, System AdministrationWhat else should you know?You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the (xxx scope) assigned.What can we offer to you:Fixed term ContractCorporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, internal gym, discounts and partnerships, services related to health, family, well-being, and in-house cafeteria.Hybrid working model: Smart Working options and flexible hours to help you achieve a better work-life balance.Our One Saipem Way soft skills model leverages on skills development, career growth, opportunities to innovate through complex challenges by promoting communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.Additional InformationWe support your development Do you feel you might not fit this role perfectly?
