Sub-Regional HR Business Partner GCE Group is part of ESAB Corporation and engaged in the development and manufacture of all types of equipment for pressure and flow control of high-pressure gases. GCE has grown rapidly since its founding and is leading the restructuring of the European gas equipment industry through mergers and acquisitions of companies. Location: France or Italy Key responsibilities Partner with regional leadership to support business strategy and execute HR priorities. Consult, coach, and advise managers on organizational development, talent management, employee relations, and change initiatives. Drive the implementation of HR policies, programs, and regional initiatives. Manage recruitment, performance management, engagement, and HR projects across multiple countries. Analyze HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership. Ensure alignment of HR strategies with business goals and regulatory compliance. Your background & expertise Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in international/matrix organizations. Proven experience across HR functional areas, with emphasis on organizational development and talent management. Strong consulting, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and levels. Fluency in English and one local language (French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese). Why ESAB/GCE is a great company to work at?
