This includes a wide range of services to clients across media, advertising creative, PR, television format production, sports stadium advertising, talent and influencer engagement, app and website development, game development, programmatic advertising, IT consultancy, and data products, analytics and insights.We are looking for a Junior Financial Reporting & Controller to be employed in our Milan office reporting to the Senior Financial Reporting & Controller.The purpose of this role is to perform and support the Financial reporting and control activities required each month and quarter end, working closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) organization; assist in management of processes and controls in adherence with dentsu Internal Control Framework (“ICF”), best in class standards and industry requirements; drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple reporting areas; ensure a regular and systematic financial reporting to the business which is accurate, timely and insightful.Key responsibilitiesDeliver accurate and reliable output from specific tasks during monthly, quarterly and annual reporting processes for control and reporting complianceWork closely with FP&A to support delivery of (1) insightful reports for internal management reporting and for Group reporting, (2) ad-hoc financial analysis of Actual performance, (3) best in class financial information and analysis to CEO, CFO and Leadership teamSupport continued improvements in quality and efficiency of financial reporting processes, in collaboration with the wider finance teamMaintain a working relationship with other teams and stakeholders in other Finance pillars.Provide appropriate technical analysis and advice to key partners, working within the team to solve complex problemsSupport control and reporting compliance including support in preparing technical accounting memosSupport the audit process, liaising with external audit on appropriate workstreamsSupport continual improvements in quality and efficiency of financial reporting processes, in collaboration with the wider finance teamAssist in developing new reporting formats and analytical tools with the Group, to drive improved financial insight and performanceRequirements2/3 years previous experience in Audit firmsMaster of science in Business administrationKnowledge of accounting (ITA GAAP, IAS IFRS)Advanced knowledge of the Office package especially with ExcelKnowledge of SAP (BPC), D365 is a plusProblem solving; capacity of working under pressure and with tight deadline.Experience in Media field is a plusA desire to evolve, innovate, and enjoy what you do.If you believe you match these skills, please apply We look forward to meeting youBeware of Job Scams.
