The Category Manager, Sportswear is responsible for setting the strategic direction and long-term vision of the Sportswear category, ensuring sustainable growth and commercial consistency across seasons. The role provides category leadership by defining priorities, performance targets, and merchandising guidelines, acting as a strategic reference point between brand positioning and business execution.Define and drive the Sportswear category strategy with a strong focus on commercial performance and growth.Lead seasonal assortment planning and category architecture in collaboration with Design, Product, and Merchandising teams.Partner with Planning and Sales teams to optimize sell-in and sell-through.Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and performance data to inform strategic category decisions.Strong commercial mindset and solid understanding of merchandising dynamics.~ Proven ability to translate brand direction into commercially successful assortments.~ Fluent in English and Italian.
