Senior Java Cloud‑Native Software EngineerWe are looking for a Senior Java Software Engineer experienced in cloud‑native development to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and innovative solutions.About This VacancyCollaborate on the analysis of business requirements with PMs and stakeholders.Define technical solutions in synergy with the team, software architects, and engineering managers.Document solutions in detailed technical specifications.Estimate the effort required for each activity and support planning.Implement robust and scalable cloud‑native solutions.Validate and verify deliverables according to established quality criteria.Provide support during testing and troubleshooting phases.What We Expect From YouDegree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar.Advanced experience with Java and cloud‑native backend development.In‑depth knowledge of microservices architectures and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management.Experience in coordinating small work groups.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Effective communication and interaction with the team and stakeholders.Inclination for mentoring and supporting junior resources.Fluency in both Italian and English.What You Can Expect From UsTMC is an international high‑tech consultancy company that provides its clients with expertise to support them in tackling their technological challenges.
