This role is for experienced First Officers ready to take the next step. Based in Italy, grow in a structured airline and upgrade to Captain. Start as FO, complete your type rating, fly for 6 months, then begin the upgrade. An attractive entry bonus awaits selected candidates. Responsibilities Operate Air Dolomiti aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards for our guests. Prepare and conduct flights in accordance with Air Dolomiti’s operational directives. Actively cooperate with the crew, ground staff, and air traffic control, continuously maintaining and further developing professional skills. Always act responsibly and in a sustainable manner. Be motivated to actively contribute to the development of Air Dolomiti and its corporate culture, promoting a collaborative and growth‑oriented work environment.
