Your Role Process and verify incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and tax regulations. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities related to accounts payable. Collaborate with internal departments such as Procurement, Treasury, and Accounting to ensure smooth operations. Support audits by providing documentation and explanations related to payables. Contribute to the improvement of AP processes and ERP system functionalities. Contribute to the amministrative management of the purchase order. You may be asked to support additional finance‑related tasks as your role evolves. Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance (with honors). 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred). Strong knowledge of Italian and international accounting principles and VAT regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools. Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English. Availability for travel to the company location in Emilia‑Romagna on a weekly basis. What We Offer Permanent employment contract. Location Milan, Emilia‑Romagna.
