Head of Social Content & Creative Direction Siamo una realtà strutturata nel settore eventi e hospitality di fascia alta. Cerchiamo una figura completa, capace di unire creatività, produzione video, gestione ADV e lettura dei dati, con responsabilità diretta sulla qualità e sull’efficacia dei contenuti social. Il ruolo La risorsa sarà responsabile della direzione creativa dei contenuti social e della gestione del piano editoriale. Occupandosi inoltre sia dell’ideazione sia della produzione di video social amatoriali (riprese e montaggio), coordinando fotografo e videomaker per i contenuti professionali. Responsabilità * Ideazione piano editoriale * Creazione diretta di contenuti video social (riprese con smartphone + montaggio) * Produzione di contenuti autentici e ad alta resa per Instagram * Direzione artistica * ⁠Coordinamento team, fotografo e videomaker * Pianificazione presenze agli eventi * Padronanza utilizzo pannello Meta ads * Analisi delle performance organiche e ADV (reach, retention, engagement, CTR, CPC) * Confronto dati tra contenuti, format ed eventi * Produzione di report chiari Requisiti * Forte cultura visiva * Capacità di girare e montare video social amatoriali * ⁠Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * Ottima conoscenza di Meta Ads Manager * Comprensione reale dei KPI social e ADV * Capacità di leggere i dati e trasformarli in decisioni operative * Autonomia, responsabilità.
