Our global vision for patient centricity underpins all our work, and we collaborate with regulatory authorities, payers, and stakeholders to enhance access and improve standards of care.Product Specialist – Italy As a Product Specialist, Oncology, you will implement and carry out drug scientific information and marketing activities within the assigned Astellas products on the territory, in collaboration with the Product Manager, Medical Manager, and Market Access team, aligning with the company's commercial strategy. You will be part of an inclusive team developing innovative therapies for patients.Key ActivitiesVisit specialist doctors at hospital facilities in your designated area, with frequency defined by your manager.Conduct analysis and management of the assigned territory based on indications.Verify monthly sales performance, investigate deviations, and propose solutions.Participate in promotional initiatives, coordinate events, identify guests for conferences, propose local initiatives, and invite target figures to training courses.Stay updated on scientific and promotional topics related to products and conditions; prepare for periodic meetings.Essential Knowledge & ExperienceSolid experience in a similar role.Experience in the therapeutic area of reference.Fluent in English and Italian.Valid driver's license.Knowledge of relevant business and regulations.Educations / QualificationsMaster’s degree in health‑related science or equivalent.Additional InformationPermanent, full‑time position.Field based in Italy/Lombardia Ovest with 50% travel expected.What We OfferA challenging and diversified job in an international setting.Opportunity and support for continuous development.An inspiring work climate.Employment Information Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Sales and Business Development Industry: Pharmaceutical ManufacturingWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Beware of recruitment scams impersonating Astellas recruiters or representatives.
