Mergers & Acquisitions Senior SpecialistJoin KONE as a Senior M&A Specialist and drive strategic growth through high‑impact global transactions.Location: Pero (MI)Reporting to: M&A ManagerAs a senior specialist, you will manage the full M&A lifecycle, from project planning and due diligence to negotiation and executive presentation.What You’ll DoManage M&A projects, timelines, and resources.Analyze financial data, prepare valuation models, and assess financial risks and synergies of potential transactions.Coordinate due diligence across legal, finance, and internal teams.Support negotiations and prepare executive‑ready materials for leadership.Facilitate coordination between internal and external teams in an international setting.What We’re Looking ForDegree in Law, Economics, Finance, or related field.Strong legal, financial, fiscal analysis, and valuation skills.Project management experience across the full M&A lifecycle.Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.3+ years of M&A experience (advisory or in‑house).About the RoleWe shape the future of cities.
