Electromechanical Maintenance Technician Our client, a global leader in automation and intralogistics solutions, is seeking skilled and motivated Electromechanical Maintenance Technicians to join their flagship distribution site in Mantua, Italy. This is an excellent opportunity for junior and senior technicians to work in a high‑tech automated environment, ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency while developing their skills and advancing within a dynamic organization. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance on automated machinery and material handling systems. Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance on storage, conveyor, and retrieval systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot breakdowns, perform diagnostics, and ensure timely restoration of equipment functionality. Record all maintenance activities, faults, and interventions in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. Ensure that all machinery and work areas are maintained in excellent condition. Qualifications Hands‑on experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance, preferably in industrial or automated systems. Solid understanding of preventive maintenance principles and equipment troubleshooting. Strong willingness to learn new systems and technologies. Valid authorization to work in Italy. Proficiency in Italian (spoken and written) and preferably a working knowledge of English. What we offer Competitive annual salary depending on experience.
