The group now has headquarters in Milan, Bergamo and Torino, together with other operational offices that support national coverage.IL TUO RUOLOPer nostra azienda partner siamo alla ricerca di un Project Manager che si occupi di:Gestire direttamente il conto economico dei progetti assegnatiPianificare e supervisionare i progetti secondo scadenze rigorose, entro il budget e i tempi assegnati, con monitoraggio costante e segnalazione di rischi e opportunitàApplicare le linee guida interne e le migliori pratiche di gestione dei progettiAssegnare i compiti al personale di riferimento, identificando e risolvendo i problemi e i conflitti all'interno del team di progettoContribuire a formare ed allineare le competenze dei membri del team di progetto e degli appaltatori, influenzandoli ad intraprendere azioni positive e ad assumersi la responsabilità del lavoro loro assegnatoCostruire e sviluppare relazioni commerciali fondamentali per il successo del progetto, in conformità con le linee guida aziendaliCollaborare costantemente con le parti interessate al progetto, coltivando le relazioni con i clienti e sviluppando opportunità commercialiCOSA RICHIEDIAMO?Laurea in IngegneriaEsperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 3–5 anni e nel settore dei macchinari industriali e della costruzione di impianti (preferibile il settore dell’industria siderurgica)Utilizzo di sistemi ERP, Power BI, strumenti di pianificazione e reporting (ad es.
