Assist with daily operations: maintaining floor, stockroom, visual merchandising. Deliver excellent customer service: managing the client journey, after-sales, building client relationships. Act as brand ambassador, curate the client experienceRequirements / Qualifications At least2 years’ experiencein premium or luxury fashion / retail. Experience working withKPIs ,CRM , and client appointments. Fluent inEnglishandItalian.
