Join to apply for the Maintenance Team Leader role at Abylsen .As part of the development of Abylsen Italy, specialized in IT, Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant) and Energy, we are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects.What is the challenge?Supervision and technical assistance for customer production, coordination, planning, and supervision of maintenance teams, preparation of daily maintenance reports, investigation of critical issues that could lead to plant downtime, management of customer service requests, on-site spare parts, drafting of maintenance and safety reports, preventive maintenance program, anomaly and problem management on site, local supplier management, and travel to customer sites based on company needs (70/80%).Main ActivitiesSupervision and technical assistance for customer productionCoordination, planning, and supervision of maintenance teamsPreparation of daily maintenance reportsInvestigation of critical issues that could lead to plant downtimeManagement of customer service requestsManagement of on-site spare partsManagement, control, and drafting of maintenance, safety, and other reportsManaging the preventive maintenance programManaging anomalies and problems on siteResponsible for local suppliers where applicableTravel to customer sites based on company needs (70/80%)RequirementsPrevious experience in the role and in team managementKnowledge of PLC programming and industrial computersKnowledge and ability to read electrical diagrams and mechanical drawingsExpertise in communication standards in the field of industrial automationKnowledge and ability to use electromechanical equipmentGood fluency in EnglishAbout AbylsenAbylsen is an international engineering consulting group with 3300 employees and a turnover of 290 M€ in 2023.
