Our eight brands are each a major force in its specific business.Further information is available on the Company's website: WE ARE LOOKING FORWithin the IVG Procurement Organisation, the successful candidate will own the following key activities and responsibilities:Gathering data through the Procurement Spending Cube (EVA)/industry reportsOrganising and analysing supplier performance over time by looking at historical data to identify correlations and trends, or by benchmarking against industry standardsUsing the data to help with supplier selection, negotiation strategies and maintaining supplier relationships, in order to anticipate change and adapt procurement strategies accordinglyCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations and platforms, to gain a holistic perspective Integrating insights from various departments to enhance the overall strategic impact.Develop intelligence reports: Organise reports with clear structures including executive summaries, methodologies, key findings and actionable insights.Continue to develop the EVA reporting tool in terms of functionality and analytical content.Oversee the planning, execution and monitoring of key strategic initiatives.Prepare executive reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.Facilitate decision-making through clear communication, issue escalation and progress reporting.REQUIREMENTSLanguage skills: Italian (Mother tongue) and English (Professional).Excellent analytical skills.Effective communication and project presentation.Ability to work across the teams with accountability and (indirect) leadership.Adaptability and resilience.Previous experience as PMO, WCM or in Commercial areas would be appreciated but not mandatory.#J-18808-Ljbffr
