We’re supporting a fast-growing tech company on the search for an AI Agent Engineer to join their expanding team in Milan.They’re building next-generation AI solutions that power enterprise agents across chat, voice, email and are now strengthening their Italian engineering hub.ResponsibilitiesDesign prompts and implement functions that guide AI agents across multiple channels (voice, chat, email)Integrate with customer APIs, databases, and internal tools so agents can perform real tasksTest with live data, measure performance, and fine‑tune for accuracy and reliabilityCollaborate with customers to gather requirements, demo solutions, and iterate quicklyWork closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver production‑ready solutionsContribute to tooling, processes, and documentation that support scalable AI developmentQualificationsBachelor’s (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM fieldFluent Italian and English (spoken and written)Experience in consultancy environments or similar fast‑paced settingsPractical experience with Generative AI and building AI components (language agnostic: JS, Python, Go, etc.)Hands‑on experience with APIs, backend logic, and system integrationsProblem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for applied AIExperience with LLMs or conversational AI is a strong plusOffer ContractFull‑time, permanent (CCNL Commercio) – Location: Hybrid – Milan (3 days / week on‑site)Junior (up to ~2 years exp) : €35K / €42KMid-level (2 / 4 years exp) : up to ~€55K, depending on skills and scopeExtras : MBOIf you’re looking to work on real AI agent systems (not research prototypes) and want to join a fast‑paced, product‑driven international environment, this role could be for you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
