After Sales Technician - HVAC La divisione Technical & Engineering di Randstad Professionals, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di middle e senior management, su incarico di un'importante azienda cliente della provincia di Padova, settore HVAC, è alla ricerca di un / a : La risorsa, strategica per l'organizzazione, entrerà all'interno di un gruppo multinazionale, in un team composto da due persone nella sede di riferimento. Nello specifico, si occuperà di : Rapporto con i clienti; Assistenza telefonica e analisi di problematiche e richiami; Gestire le emergenze in modo tempestivo ed efficace per garantire un elevato livello di soddisfazione del cliente. Nello specifico, in candidato ideale ha maturato le seguenti caratteristiche : Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico, preferibilmente ad indirizzo termotecnico; Esperienza pregressa di 3 - 5 anni nel medesimo ruolo nel settore HVAC; Disponibilità a trasferte Italia ed Europa per circa il 15% del tempo; Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative, organizzative e di pianificazione; Orientamento al risultato; Capacità di time management. Tipologia contrattuale : Contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria. Sede di lavoro : Padova Sud.
