What the job looks like Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as: Data collection and analysis to implement standard times for performing laboratory tests, optimizing operator time and improving process Collaborate with the Quality Control Team to achieve the targeted OPEX KPIS within the laboratories, especially implementing new OPEX projects in the Incoming Materials Chemical Laboratory Operative tasks supporting standardization and continuous improvement processes/activities Monitor the transfer of knowledge and identify best practices Implementation and maintenance of the 5S methodology Cross-functional collaborations and reporting data to the Opex team What you'll bring to the table To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have: Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. management engineering, chemistry or pharmacy) Empathy and excellent communication skills, presentation and influencing skills Analytical and Project Management skills Fluent both in Italian and English Excel knowledge Grünenthal offers equal employment opportunities.
